Situated in the heart of Redcliffe's busy C.B.D. & opposite the new Bluewater Square Shopping Centre at 88 Sutton Street, IDEAL PLACE PROPERTY AGENTS - a dedicated real estate sales office - opened its doors for business on 15th October, 2008.  From the moment the stylish fitout for this office began, it became clear this was not going to be a real estate office which looked like all the others.  Instead, its style reflects the owners' personalities - relaxed, warm & welcoming!

Owned & operated by mother/son duo, Kathy Lynch & Adam Clark-Lynch, the decision to open their own business was not one they rushed into.  Kathy first began her real estate career in 1993 as a single Mum with 2 young children & stayed at that same office - not the "revolving door" syndrome for her, so often seen in the real estate industry!  As youngsters, Adam & his sister Briohny spent many an afternoon in their Mum's office doing their homework as she busily finished her day's work.  Something must have rubbed off because in 2006, at the age of 25 & nearing the end of his Mechanic's training, Adam's longstanding interest in real estate had clearly become a career choice.

Kathy jumped at the chance to work with her son & offered they team up until he "found his feet" & was ready to go out on his own.  However, as time progressed, they realised they were "on a winner" & revelled in working together.  In Adam's words, "Instead of driving each other crazy, we found we actually worked really effectively & productively together.  Add to that, I get to see my Mum in a professional capacity & that's pretty cool.   You couldn't hope for a better teacher."   For Kathy's part, she credits Adam with giving her a renewed enthusiasm & energy for a job she loves & an industry that she says has been so good to her.

 For this close-knit family, opening their own real estate office in a town Kathy has called home for 44 years, and where Adam was born & raised, seems a natural progression.  One has the feeling this is the beginning of many successful years ahead for IDEAL PLACE PROPERTY AGENTS.
